THAI COOKERY SCHOOL
Learn to cook delicious Thai
food and join a one day course in a Thai cookery school. Also
enjoy a one day tour in- and around the northern capital.
DEPARTURE:
Daily cooking courses available
DAY 1 CHIANG
MAI
Upon arrival transfer to a middle class
hotel in the city center and short briefing about the cooking
course. Rest of the day at leisure. Time to explore the northern
capital by your own.
DAY 2
CHIANG MAI
First tour the local market where you
learn a lot about Thai vegetables, herbs and spices. Then transfer
to the cookery school. Cook some of the well known Thai dishes
and enjoy the delectable food which you will eat for lunch. After
the lunch break go on and prepare some of the most popular Thai
sweets. Late afternoon transfer back to the hotel.
DAY 3 CHIANG
MAI
Today enjoy a full day sightseeing tour
in- and around the northern capital which includes some of the
most interesting temples, but also an elephant camp outside the
city, a Hmong hill tribe village as well as some of the well
known handicraft centers, such as silver making, umbrella painting,
woodcarving etc. (just the ones in which you are interested).
Today you are on a private tour, so just tell us what you like
and we can adjust the itinerary according to your wishes.
DAY 4
CHIANG MAI
Day at leisure until transfer to the
airport.....or extend your stay, depends on your further program
FLEXIBILITY:
Cookery courses also available for two
days.
Also it is possible just to book the cookery school (see one
day tours).

All transfers and excursions as mentioned
in the above itinerary, accommodation in a middle class hotel
in the city center with daily breakfast, Cookery school with
English speaking instructor
